Return & Refund Policy – Gorilla Gear
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Period)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This right applies to all purchases made via our webshop, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within 14 days via email at infogorillagear@gmail.com. You may also use the EU model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags must be attached and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return must be sent within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Excluded Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Final sale items (if clearly marked as non-returnable).
- Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., worn underwear or socks).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Please note: original shipping costs (if any) are not refunded, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via infogorillagear@gmail.com.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at infogorillagear@gmail.com with photos and order details. We will offer a solution — refund, replacement, or store credit — at no extra cost to you.

9. Digital Products
Please note that digital products, such as downloadable content, e-books, or online programs, are non-refundable. By purchasing digital products, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal does not apply to these items, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
